Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote team. You will work closely with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handle claims, and ensure accurate fee assessments in a fully remote environment.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation, customer service, and independent work capabilities, with compensation based on an hourly range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
