Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with computer systems and learning new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards with precision.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client‑oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
