Solvd US is seeking a detail‑oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote team. You will negotiate rates with auto body shops, review CCC estimates, and manage charges for assigned claims from a home office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read CCC estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
