Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to work remotely with our auto and property claims partners. You’ll negotiate rates with repair shops, handle claims calls, and review CCC estimates to ensure accurate charges.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Compute fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
• Manage time effectively in a remote setting.
