Job summary

Solvd US is expanding its claims-focused team and seeks a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates, handle assigned claims by phone, and interpret CCC estimates with accuracy.

The position rewards independence, reliability, and a client-centered approach in a startup-like environment. Ideal candidates have a background in customer service, strong negotiation skills, and comfort with new software.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards precisely.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-focused approach.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability in a remote team.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
