Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will work with body shops to negotiate rates, review CCC estimates, and manage claim costs with accuracy and professionalism.

This position also requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to handle outbound calls in a fast-paced, remote environment. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
