SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will collaborate with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates, review CCC estimates, and settle charges while delivering exceptional client service.

Competenze

• Experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Compute fees for shops and tow yards with precision.
• Communicate clearly with clients via email and phone.
