Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage through virtual or on-site inspections.
• Review estimates and collaborate with repair facilities for accuracy.
• Prepare repair estimates using standard estimating software.
• Evaluate and settle total losses using market research and valuation tools.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with shops and customers.
• Document pre-existing damage and potential fraud indicators.
• Coordinate repairs and authorize supplements with vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain the appraisal process.
• Adapt to new technology implementations and AI tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
