Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring for an Associate Auto Claims Advisor in a remote capacity across multiple time zones in the United States. The role focuses on handling non-injury auto claims, verifying coverages, and guiding customers through the claims process.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or 2 years of customer-facing virtual experience, with remote-work capability and possibly an adjuster license per state requirements. Bilingual skills are a plus.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and perform in remote setting; remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Explain policy coverage and appropriate actions to customers.
• Open and manage claims diaries and gather loss details from insured and involved parties.
• Communicate status, follow-ups and adjuster interactions across multiple insurers.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures.
