Job summary

You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, obtain police reports, and keep members informed of claim status.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. The role requires a High School Diploma or 2 years of remote customer service experience, with licensing as required by state.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of experience in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• Ability to train and perform the job remotely.
• Adjuster license may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims.
• Opens claims and acquires information from insured, claimant and others.
• Explains policy, coverage and course of action to customers.
• Documents files, sends correspondence and communicates with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and procedures.
• Arranges, handles and pays repair, rental, towing, storage costs.
• Applies knowledge of estimating standards for minor to moderate complexity.
• Paid 6-week virtual training, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific; starts 12/07/2026.
