Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims remotely across multiple states. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and explain decisions to members while updating them on claim status.

The role requires strong customer service skills, comfort with remote work, and the ability to work Pacific/Mountain/Central time zones. Training is paid and conducted Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years in a customer-facing virtual environment.
• Ability to train and perform remotely; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims, obtain loss details, and communicate with insured and others.
• Explain policy coverage and appropriate actions to customers.
• Maintain claim diaries and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Coordinate repairs, rental cars, towing, and storage as needed.
