Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role across the United States. You will handle non-injury auto and property damage claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and guide customers through the claims process from start to finish.

Training is 6 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, with paid instruction. A High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to work remotely are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to train and work remotely; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjuster license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Maintain diary system to review and resolve claims per state guidelines.
• Open claims and obtain information from insured and involved parties.
• Explain policy coverages and determine liability; communicate with customers.
• Document files and send relevant correspondence; liaise with repair facilities.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate repairs, rentals, towing, and settlements; negotiate settlements.
• Apply estimating standards from minor to moderate complexity.
