CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring for an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims remotely across multiple time zones. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and guide members through the claims process.

Training is 6 weeks, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026. The role emphasizes remote work from home, with requirements including a high school diploma (or equivalent) or 2 years of virtual customer experience, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features.
• Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required. If working in a remote setting, capability to meet our work from home requirement.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Handle a diary system to review and resolve claims within state compliance.
• Manage an inventory of claims.
• Opens claims and acquires information from insured and others.
• Explains policy and coverage and appropriate action.
• Documents claim files and communicates with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Arranges and negotiates repairs, rentals and towing; handles total losses.
