Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, seeks an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a fully remote role nationwide in the United States. You will handle non-injury auto and property claims, verify coverages, and communicate clearly with insured customers.

Requires high school diploma or 2 years of remote customer service experience; bilingual ability is a plus. Training is paid and conducted 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, weekdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging the internet, phone and chat features.
• Ability to train and perform the job in a remote setting; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open a diary system and review/resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Manage an inventory of claims and obtain required information from insured and others.
• Explain policy Coverage and appropriate course of action to the customer.
• Document claim files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
