Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor to handle non-injury auto claims remotely. You will verify coverages, conduct liability investigations, and guide customers through the claims process while coordinating with insureds and repair facilities.

Training is paid for six weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026. Spanish speakers encouraged to apply; some states may require licensing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and perform remotely; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjusters license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Open claims and gather information from insured, claimants and involved parties.
• Explain policy coverages and appropriate course of action to customers.
• Document files and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and procedures.
• Handle repair, rental, towing, and storage arrangements; assist in losses.
