Fortra is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team. This role focuses on presales, from understanding customer requirements to delivering tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept. You will collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to drive value and growth.

Responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations, building customer proposals, and supporting webinars and events. A technical background and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, or solutions-focused environment preferred.
• Strong ability to learn new products quickly and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead presales activities with product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Develop tailored solution proposals and conduct trials/POCs.
• Present technical content at webinars, events, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to address customer needs.
• Identify objections and craft solutions to progress the sale.
