Job summary

Fortra is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team and help design tailored pre-sales solutions. You will engage with customers to understand requirements and demonstrate product capabilities, supporting growth and thought leadership.

You’ll participate in webinars, tradeshows, and content development, while building trusted client relationships and delivering high-value proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing software or solutions environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presales activities, beginning with product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales to develop tailored customer proposals.
• Own the customer evaluation process including trials and proofs of concept.
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars when applicable.
