Fortra seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support the Sales team in pre‑sales activities. You’ll work with prospective customers to capture technical and business needs and demonstrate product capabilities.

You will help design tailored proposals, create compelling demonstrations, and drive engagements. Strong technical aptitude and communication skills are essential to build trusted relationships and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing software environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct presales activities by understanding customer needs and presenting solutions.
• Develop tailored solution proposals and deliver high‑impact product demonstrations.
• Own the customer evaluation process, trials, and proofs of concept.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to address objections and close engagements.
• Represent the company at events and contribute to technical marketing efforts.
