Responsibilities

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training and new team members.
• Engage with field operations across 20 to 30 sites regularly.
• Oversee reporting, onboarding, and talent development for site teams.
• Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests at each site.
• Ensure timely donor pickup communications and safety standards.
