Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10 or more team members.
• Experience leading 20–30 sites is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Aufgaben

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training and new team members.
• Oversee field activities with direct oversight to multiple sites.
• Handle hiring, coaching, counseling, and onboarding activities for staff.
• Manage supplies, assets, and maintenance requests at each site.
• Ensure timely donor pickups and provide excellent donor service.
