GreenDrop, part of Savers, Inc., is seeking an Associate Manager to lead field teams and ensure exceptional donor service across multiple sites. This role emphasizes coaching, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-growing organization.

The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills, with travel between sites and a commitment to safety and integrity.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10+ team members.

Responsabilidades

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training role and other team members on company policies and procedures.
• Engage with 20–30 sites regularly to oversee operations.
• Manage hiring, coaching, counseling, and reporting for direct reports.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires for the Area Manager.
• Oversee supplies, assets, and site maintenance requests.
• Ensure timely pickups and represent the GreenDrop brand in interactions.
