You will collaborate with Area Managers, manage resources, and uphold safety standards while delivering a consistently positive donor experience across locations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10 or more team members.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the Associate Manager in Training role and new team members.
• Active field presence with oversight of 20 to 30 sites.
• Manage direct report functions including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
