GreenDrop is expanding and seeks an Associate Manager to drive exceptional donor service across a network of sites. You will coach teams, manage schedules, and oversee field operations with integrity and safety. The role requires travel within the geographic territory and a proactive mindset to support rapid growth.

You will collaborate with Area Managers, coordinate onboarding, and help maintain high standards in donor engagement, safety, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required, supervisory/customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and schedules with attention to safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Train and coach associates; oversee 20–30 sites regularly.
• Lead direct reports, including hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities.
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance requests at each site.
• Ensure donor interactions are courteous and service-oriented.
