Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a team across multiple donation centers. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure exceptional donor service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

In this remote-enabled role, you will travel between sites within the designated geographic area as needed, report to the Area Manager, and help with hiring, training, and daily operations to support GreenDrop's mission and growth.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff in policies and procedures
• Actively engage in the field with oversight to 20–30 sites regularly
• Oversee direct report functions of an Area Manager including hiring, coaching, and onboarding
• Support Area Manager by reviewing applications and conducting interviews
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance requests at each site
• Ensure timely pickup requests are communicated
• Interact with donors with good judgment while maintaining donor relations
• Maintain a positive customer-service mindset in every interaction
• Adhere to safety standards and report hazards or injuries
• Be able to work independently with integrity and accountability
