You'll guide cross-functional teams, drive programs across stores, apps, and ecommerce, and ensure campaigns align with client growth and ROI. This role requires 8–10 years in marketing or CRM, strong analytics, and travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client and internal partnerships across one or more retail accounts.
• Shape loyalty strategy with data and insight; lead cross-functional teams.
• Define and launch campaigns across stores, apps, and ecommerce.
• Provide early warning of issues and drive resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities and build growth roadmaps for clients.
• Lead product conversations and ensure client readiness for launches.
