Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services to lead loyalty programs for major retail accounts. You will shape loyalty strategy with data and insights, lead cross-functional teams, and drive programs that move clients' bottom lines across stores, apps, and ecommerce.

You will partner with Strategy and Decision Science teams to turn data into actionable recommendations, manage high-visibility client relationships, and own the program roadmap and launches with confidence.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own the working relationship across accounts, leading client meetings and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Define and drive program strategy and performance using data-driven insights to lift participation and ROI.
• Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions with clients and Kobie partners.
• Anticipate issues and drive them to resolution.
• Spot growth opportunities and build growth roadmaps for clients.
• Lead product conversations and ensure client readiness for launches and major initiatives.
