Job summary

Kobie Marketing, a leader in loyalty and customer engagement, invites experienced marketers to join as Associate Director, Client Services. You will manage day-to-day client relationships across retail accounts, shape loyalty strategy with data insights, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver programs that boost client outcomes.

In the Retail Vertical you’ll partner with top brands, coordinating campaigns across stores, apps, and ecommerce, while overseeing program models and launches.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills; turning data into decisions.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own the program for one or more retail accounts; lead day-to-day client and internal partnership.
• Shape loyalty strategy with data and insight.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs that move the client’s bottom line.
• Define and launch seasonal, tier-based promotions with clients and Kobie partners.
• Anticipate issues and drive them to resolution.
• Spot growth opportunities and build growth roadmaps for clients.
