Job summary

Kobie Marketing is seeking an Associate Director, Client Services. In this remote-friendly role, you will own day-to-day client relationships, shape loyalty strategies with data insights, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs across retail and ecommerce.

You will drive campaigns, growth opportunities, and readiness for launches to strengthen client partnerships. The position requires 8–10 years in marketing or CRM, strong analytics, and a Bachelor's in marketing or business.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships across accounts, leading client meetings and sustaining client satisfaction.
• Develop and measure loyalty strategy and performance with data insights.
• Define and launch campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.
• Identify risks early and drive issues to resolution.
• Spot growth opportunities and build roadmaps for client growth.
• Lead product conversations and ensure client readiness for launches.
