The role emphasizes strategic vision with hands-on execution, travel up to 15%, and collaboration with Strategy and Decision Science to drive growth for top brands.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.
• Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship across accounts, leading client meetings and building trust with stakeholders.
• Partner with Strategy and Decision Science teams to turn customer data into recommendations that lift participation, redemption, and ROI.
• Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions with clients and Kobie partners.
• Anticipate issues before they escalate and drive them to resolution.
• Spot growth opportunities and build growth roadmaps for clients.
• Lead product conversations and ensure client readiness for launches and major initiatives.
