Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for mechanical and plumbing scopes, supporting BIM and VDC services for trade contractor clients from a remote US location. You coordinates between internal technical teams and client stakeholders, keeping handoffs on schedule and surfacing risks early.

With at least 2 years of experience and an associate or higher degree, you will translate technical outputs into actionable steps for field teams and manage several workstreams simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project delivery.
• Associate or higher degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with construction software and BIM/VDC workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal technical teams and client stakeholders to keep handoffs on schedule.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and reviews across multiple projects.
• Run structured syncs with internal leads to align on client feedback and production challenges.
• Identify scope changes and document them clearly for pricing and delivery alignment.
• Lead debriefs after milestones and translate learnings into templates and checklists.
