Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for mechanical and plumbing scopes, supporting BIM and VDC services for trade contractor clients from a remote US location. You coordinates between internal technical teams and client stakeholders, keeping handoffs on schedule and surfacing risks early.

With at least 2 years of experience and an associate or higher degree, you will translate technical outputs into actionable steps for field teams and manage several workstreams simultaneously.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related experience in project delivery.
Associate or higher degree in a related field.
Hands-on experience with construction software and BIM/VDC workflows.

Responsibilities

Coordinate between internal technical teams and client stakeholders to keep handoffs on schedule.
Track milestones, dependencies, and reviews across multiple projects.
Run structured syncs with internal leads to align on client feedback and production challenges.
Identify scope changes and document them clearly for pricing and delivery alignment.
Lead debriefs after milestones and translate learnings into templates and checklists.
