Job summary

VIATechnik is a remote-first company providing BIM-enabled project coordination for electrical construction. The Project Coordinator will organize documentation, track schedules, coordinate with engineers, clients, and vendors, and support BIM workflows from kickoff to closeout.

You'll gain hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment that values precision and timely communication.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Early-career experience in project coordination or related support role.
• Experience coordinating projects in construction, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication with engineers, clients, and contractors.
• Curiosity about BIM with hands-on time in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Build a centralized documentation and tracking system across assigned electrical projects.
• Screen vendor data and submittals against project specifications.
• Track schedules and milestones across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary contact for routine client and contractor communications.
• Set up coordination meetings and capture notes/action items.
• Build proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD within six months.
• Reprioritize daily across competing deadlines.
