Job summary

VIATechnik is seeking a Senior VDC Engineer to lead complex electrical BIM/VDC projects end-to-end, owning model quality and guiding global teams. You will work directly with electrical subcontractor clients to translate incomplete design information into coordinated, buildable models that meet schedule, budget, and field execution targets.

This remote role demands strong leadership and the ability to run coordination conversations, resolve clashes, and earn repeat client trust by treating VDC

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical BIM/VDC projects end-to-end.
• Ability to translate incomplete design information into buildable electrical models.
• Strong client-facing leadership and remote team management.
• Proven track record delivering on schedule, budget, and field execution.
