The role requires 3+ years in the AEC industry, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong BIM coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in the AEC industry or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading BIM coordination efforts (1–2+ years).
• Proficiency with BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with scheduling and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects using VDC methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Integrate VDC tools into workflows to optimize design and construction processes.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of VDC practices and technologies.
• Assist in aligning schedules, budgets, and resources across teams.
• Prepare and maintain VDC-related reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
• Lead BIM coordination efforts and support clash detection and constructability reviews.
