VIATechnik, a leading BIM and VDC services firm, is hiring a BIM Detailer for remote work within the United States. This hands-on role turns coordinated BIM models into fabrication-ready drawings for mechanical and plumbing systems, influencing installation accuracy and project execution.

You will own the detailing process, ensure constructability, and coordinate with project teams to align with fabrication schedules, while leveraging advanced BIM workflows and automation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience producing mechanical and/or plumbing BIM drawings.
• Strong understanding of constructability and installation practices.
• Ability to create clear, detailed fabrication and spool drawings.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Strong communication across office and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Creating spool drawings, fabrication packages, and installation details for fabrication and field teams.
• Ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and coordination across systems.
• Supporting project teams to keep detailing aligned with fabrication and construction schedules.
• Identifying and resolving issues early to reduce rework and keep projects moving.
