Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (MEP Design) to support project delivery across commercial and mission‑critical environments from initiation to closeout. The role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United States, focusing on coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

You will assist with Revit tasks, model quality checks, and proactive task management while collaborating with owners, designers, contractors, and other trades.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• Experience with MEP consulting preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and milestones with the Project Manager.
• Liaise between internal teams, clients, and contractors for effective communication.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project documentation.
• Assist with Revit tasks and ensure design models meet requirements.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action item follow-ups.
• Identify risks and propose process improvements.
