VIATechnik is seeking an Operations Manager for its Electrical BIM Studio. This remote role sits at the center of delivery, performance, and innovation, shaping global team operations and client outcomes.

You will lead initiatives to improve workflows, standardize BIM processes, and ensure high-quality outputs while collaborating with teams across the U.S., Philippines, India, and Poland. A strong focus on measurable results is required.

Qualifications

• Experience improving workflows, operations, or delivery processes in a technical environment.
• Leadership experience to lead and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
• Interest in construction technology, BIM, or digital delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows across the Electrical BIM Studio to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
• Standardize processes for consistent, high-quality BIM outputs.
• Partner with technical leaders to align tools, systems, and delivery methods.
• Translate BIM deliverables into measurable client value (cost, safety, coordination).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across global teams.
• Collaborate with team members across the U.S., Philippines, India, and Poland.
• Manage personnel needs and work with recruitment to build a scalable team.
• Pilot new tools and improvements to elevate performance.
