VIATechnik is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Electrical BIM Studio. You will lead initiatives to improve workflows, standardize processes, and align tools with delivery methods across global teams.

This remote role sits at the center of delivery, performance, and innovation, driving scalable solutions and strong collaboration with teams in multiple regions. You will manage operations, optimize efficiency, and elevate project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Lean construction, Agile, Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with managing direct reports and KPIs.
• Budgeting and estimating for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve how work gets done across the Electrical BIM Studio.
• Design and optimize workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Standardize processes for consistent BIM outputs.
