Job summary

Navitus is expanding our legal team by adding an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will manage a team providing day-to-day legal support and guidance on contracts, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with Lumicera and Navitus teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and ethical business practices, shaping the organization’s direction."

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent; ABA-accredited school.
• U.S. state license to practice law required; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience; PBM or health insurance exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Counsel on contracts, statutes, regulations, employment law, IP, financial offerings and real estate.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; maintain templates per changing legal needs.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for Archimedes.
• Advise on legal aspects of new initiatives and IT systems.
