Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join Archimedes' team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. You will lead a small team of attorneys and paralegals providing day-to-day legal support and strategic guidance.

The role covers contracts, regulatory compliance, employment, IP, and complex vendor agreements, with collaboration across Lumicera and Navitus. A Juris Doctorate, active state license, and 6+ years in healthcare law are required, with PBM or health

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate, ABA-accredited law school required; business or pharmacy degrees preferred.
• Bar licensure in at least one US state required; Wisconsin license preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience.
• Direct experience within Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health insurance industry required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes and draft/negotiates contracts.
• Counsel on contracts, statutes, regulations, products, employment law, IP, and financial offerings.
• Collaborate with Navitus and Lumicera teams to ensure compliance with laws and ethics.
• Oversee Archimedes Legal Team's effectiveness in meeting organizational needs.
• Develop and update contract templates to match business needs and legal requirements.
