Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to lead a legal team providing day-to-day legal support for the organization. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on regulatory and employment matters, oversee licensing, and guide strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance across contracts, IP, real estate, and financial offerings.

Collaborate with Lumicera and Navitus teams to align legal strategy with business goals

Qualifications

• JD required; LLM optional or preferred.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support to Archimedes.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts; maintain templates.
• Advise on contracts, statutes, regulations, employment law, IP, and real estate.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Navitus’ mission and values.
• Develop and update policies and procedures related to legal needs.
