Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to lead a legal team providing day-to-day support across contracts, regulatory, employment, IP, and strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with Lumicera and Navitus teams to uphold compliance and ethical standards.

Required are a JD/LLM from an ABA-accredited school, active US state license, 6+ years of experience in health insurance or PBM, and proficiency with MS Office and

Qualifications

• Requires a Juris Doctorate, LLM, or equivalent from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in at least one US state is required; Wisconsin preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience; PBM or health insurance industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives; work with a cooperative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Counsel on contracts, regulations, products, employment, IP, and real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Archimedes contracts and update templates as needed.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for Archimedes.
• Advise on legal issues to shape organizational direction and IT systems.
