Job summary

Archimedes is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to lead a legal team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and providing day-to-day support. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts across products, employment, IP, and real estate, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide strategic business initiatives with Archimedes, Navitus and Lumicera teams, while upholding ethical and legal standards.

Requires JD or equivalent, 6+ years in legal, license in at least one state, PBM/health insurance

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent ABA degree required.
• Bar admission in at least one US state required.
• 6+ years of legal experience.
• Direct experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health insurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal services as part of a high-performing team.
• Counsel on contracts, statutes, products, employment law, IP, and real estate.
• Collaborate with Navitus and Lumicera teams to ensure compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate Archimedes contracts and update templates.
• Manage licensing and regulatory requirements for Archimedes.
• Advise on legal issues shaping organizational direction and IT systems.
