Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support Archimedes, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and leading a team of attorneys and paralegals providing day-to-day legal support.

You will counsel on contracts, regulatory issues, employment, IP, real estate, and strategic initiatives; collaborate with Lumicera and Navitus teams to ensure compliance and ethical business practices; requires JD or LLM, state bar licensure, and 6+ years of PBM/health insurance experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent; ABA accreditation required.
• Active US state license to practice law.
• 6+ years of legal experience, preferably in PBM or health insurance.
• Experience handling contracts, regulatory issues, and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to Archimedes on contracts, statutes, and regulations.
• Lead and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and update templates.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Navitus’ policies across initiatives.
• Advise on licensing, regulatory requirements, and strategic legal direction.
