Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with channel partners across North America, focusing on HPE Aruba platforms. You will design architectures, deliver demos, and guide customers from discovery to solution validation, helping accelerate pipeline growth while expanding your own expertise.
You’ll collaborate with Arrow sales teams, supplier organizations, and partner account managers to craft integrated solutions, mentor peers, and stay ahead
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in networking architecture, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or related consulting.
- Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
- Experience conducting technical discovery and translating business requirements into validated architectures.
- Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams.
- Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, sizing, demonstrations, and migration planning.
- Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions to meet customer objectives.
- Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partners and customers.
- Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, and engineers to drive revenue objectives.
- Stay aware of emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing best practices.
