Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture across North America, focused on HPE Aruba platforms. You will enable partners and Arrow sales teams, design resilient infrastructure, and help accelerate pipeline growth.

You will lead discovery, architecture sizing, demonstrations, and migrations, deliver executive briefings, and collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, architecting, or supporting enterprise networking solutions.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
• Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Industry certifications related to networking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, requirements, budgets, and decision processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements: discovery, architecture design, sizing, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions and provide technical enablement to partners and Arrow teams.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner managers, and engineering to drive initiatives and revenue.
