Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership, solution architecture expertise, and business guidance to our channel partner community across North America, with a focus on HPE Aruba platforms.

You will enable partners, drive technical sales engagements, design resilient infrastructure solutions, and collaborate with Arrow sales teams, suppliers, and customers to accelerate pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in networking architecture or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba solutions.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and architectural guidance to channel partners and Arrow sales teams in the development of integrated solutions centered on HPE Aruba technologies.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, competitive landscape, budget considerations, and decision‑making processes.
• Lead technical sales engagements focused on discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, solution validation, migration planning, and technical strategy.
• Design and recommend HPE Aruba solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and executive briefings to partner sales teams, engineers, architects, customers, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with supplier teams, Arrow sales organizations, partner account managers, and engineering resources to drive strategic initiatives and revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking solutions.
• ~ Hands‑on experience with HPE Aruba solutions is required.
• ~ Excellent presentation, communication, consulting, and relationship‑building skills.
• ~ Ability to influence technical and business decision makers and lead discussions with engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executives.
• ~ Technical leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a self‑motivated, adaptable, and customer‑focused approach.
• ~ Industry certifications related to networking solutions
