Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth in the decking, waterproofing, and flooring markets. You will represent Gaco products to architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and contractors, build relationships, manage a thriving customer base, and pursue new opportunities with solution-based selling.

This role involves travel up to 75%, on-site training events, trade shows, and developing territory plans to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field or 5+ years decking/waterproofing/flooring experience.
• Strong track record in growing sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amrize decking, waterproofing & flooring to architects, engineers, building owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and manage a customer base.
• Travel frequently to client sites and trade shows.
• Provide on-site training and product demonstrations.
• Maintain territory budget and marketing materials.
