Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth in the decking, waterproofing and flooring market for the Gaco line. You will build relationships with architects, contractors and building owners, manage a growing customer base, and pursue opportunities with value-based selling.

Travel about 75% is required as you represent the company at sites, meetings and regional events, delivering on territory plans and sales targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field or 5+ years in decking, waterproofing & flooring sales.
• Excellent communication with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to present professionally to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing & flooring to architects, engineers, owners, distributors and contractors.
• Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales targets.
• Generate and follow up on new leads and opportunities.
• Manage customer relationships and close sales opportunities.
