Amrize is seeking a proactive Area Manager to lead sales for Gaco decking, waterproofing, and flooring products across commercial decking, waterproofing and flooring markets in the United States. You will build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and building owners, driving growth and achieving regional sales targets through value-based selling and on-site training.

• Strong track record in growing sales and building business relationships.

• Represent Amrize decking, waterproofing, and flooring products to architects, engineers, owners, distributors, and contractors.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline; close deals and meet targets.
• Generate and follow up on new customer leads and document interactions.
• Create and execute territory business and marketing plans to drive growth.
• Travel up to 75% to cover the territory and participate in trade shows and training events.
