Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to drive growth in the commercial decking, waterproofing and flooring market. You will build relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing a thriving customer base while expanding opportunities across the territory.

You will use value-based selling to achieve regional sales targets, represent the brand at trade shows, and lead on-site training events. A strong sales track record and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field or 5+ years of decking, waterproofing & flooring experience.
• Strong sales track record and ability to build business.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Represent Gaco decking, waterproofing & flooring to architects, owners and contractors.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and meet targets.
• Generate leads, close sales and manage customer relationships.
• Travel frequently and conduct on-site training and trade shows.
